You have not lived until you have done something for someone who can never repay you. — John Bunyan
In 2012, I traveled to Uganda for a short-term mission trip to support Hands4Uganda and document our travels through photographs. Hands4Uganda is a non-profit organization that makes a positive difference in the lives of children in Uganda through the Rock of Ages School. While spending time at Rock of Ages, I met a sweet little girl named Martha. My husband and I began to sponsor Martha by paying for her schooling and 1 meal a day. We still sponsor Martha today.
But I feel led to do more...
My goal for this year is to sponsor 12 children so they can attend school, and receive food for their family every month, and get medical attention as needed for an entire year. That's right, sponsoring one new child a month to cover a year's worth schooling, medical treatments, and food for them & their families.
So, what does that mean for you?...
That means that every session you schedule and each portrait you order brings us one step closer to achieving the goal of sponsoring 1 new child & family a month--thank you!
