The great thing about free groups is that they can really help you build your network (friends invite their friends, you can get cold market contacts... etc.) because seriously…who doesn’t like FREE stuff?! Also, when you engage people for at least 5-7 days they typically want to keep the momentum going and you can then invite those people into a longer (paid) challenge group.
