Are you ready to push yourself to greatness? I want to encourage you to have the courage to embrace excellence, fight mediocrity, and say no to the 'status quo'. Yes, courage. I believe you need courage to step outside of your comfort zone and realize you can do, be, and achieve more than you have thus far in your life. Greatness is a choice and a process. It takes time, it takes work, and it takes commitment.
Have you ever looked at the achievements of others and thought “Wow, if only I can do that!”? Or have you ever wished that you can perform better, earn more money, have better health, achieve higher level of success, and so on? Well, guess what?? You are capable of ALL of that. You have the potential to be great and to achieve excellence. But the catch is, it will take time, effort, and commitment. So it all comes down to one question: are you willing to work for it??

One cup of these jewel-toned vegetables has more potassium than a single banana and they also contain betalain, a phytonutrient that has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.
