I'm running my very first round of 21 Days of Healthy Movement Challenge starting 7 March!  Since it's my first time doing this challenge, I'm limiting the number of challengers to 10 so we can work together and get the best results possible.  

This group is for anyone who wants to lose weight, feel better, increase their energy levels,...or maybe all of those.  I'll provide you with a 21 day meal plan, simple workouts for any fitness level, and you will see results (or your money back!...seriously).  

You'll also receive support daily from me, and one-on-one + group support...and you will be my first clients to test out the mobile fitness tracker that will help keep you on track & motivated along the way!    

I'm only taking 10 people for this exclusive group so we can work together and get the best results possible.
